We pay particular attention to the quality of the people we hire, train and develop. Our recruitment process is extremely rigorous, and involves multiple levels of tests and interviews. Only candidates with excellent academic records (starting from school level) are considered for the technical positions that are central to our areas of business.

Our growing team of over 25 employees includes some of India’s foremost experts in different fields of civil engineering. Expertise, integrity, commitment, and a drive to excel are the characteristics that are central to being a productive and happy member of this team.
